I did not set out to become a longevity expert. I set out to solve my own health, and along the way I discovered that the home itself is the most overlooked tool in healthy aging. Today I curate science-backed environments that help people recover faster, feel stronger, and age with intention.

Longevity Life House began with a personal reckoning, not a business plan.
Years ago, I was doing everything I thought a healthy person was supposed to do, and I still felt depleted. I was cycling through fatigue, poor recovery, and thinning hair that no cream or supplement seemed to touch. The catalyst moment came when I realized the problem was not a missing pill or a missing workout. The problem was my environment. My home was working against my biology every single day, from the light I woke up to, to the air I breathed, to the total absence of any tool that helped my body actually recover.
That realization sent me down a years-long path of study and experimentation. I immersed myself in the physiology of recovery, the neurobiology of circadian rhythm, and the emerging science of longevity. I trained and certified across recovery modalities, studied under practitioners in hormone health and regenerative wellness, and spent time in clinical and performance settings before turning my attention fully to the home. I am not a physician and I do not present myself as one. I am, by design, something different: a founder, curator, and longevity lifestyle strategist who bridges rigorous science, thoughtful lifestyle design, and the physical space where health is actually built or broken, which is home.
I founded Longevity Life House because I kept meeting people who had the resources and the motivation to invest in their health, but no one to translate the science into a coherent, personalized environment. They had a sauna here, a supplement there, and no unifying strategy. My work closes that gap.

A personal health decline that no conventional advice resolved, until I looked at environment instead of effort.
Certified across recovery technology, hormone health education, and regenerative wellness practice, with years spent in applied performance settings.
From personal health journey to curating full longevity ecosystems inside client homes across the country.

Science and lifestyle design are not separate disciplines in my work, they are one discipline. A recovery protocol only works if it is woven into how a person actually lives, wakes, moves, and unwinds. I treat the home as the primary tool of health, not a backdrop to it.
I do not believe in one-size-fits-all protocols. Personalization comes first, protocols come second. Every recommendation I make is shaped by a client's biology, goals, and the rooms they actually spend time in. And every outcome I aim for is measurable. If we cannot track it, I do not consider it progress.
Our nervous systems respond constantly to environmental cues. Light exposure entrains circadian rhythm, which governs hormone release, sleep quality, and metabolic health. Where we place a red light panel, a cold plunge, or a sauna determines whether that tool gets used consistently, or becomes an expensive object collecting dust.
I once worked with a client who owned an infrared sauna that had been used twice in a year. It was in the basement, disconnected from her daily rhythm. We moved her recovery space to align with her evening wind-down, and within weeks it became a daily ritual. That is the difference between owning wellness technology and living a longevity lifestyle.
This philosophy is what we call the LLH Approach — personalization over protocols, measurable outcomes over guesswork, and long-term thinking over quick fixes. Learn more about how it applies broadly on our longevity page, or how it addresses hormonal shifts on our menopause and midlife longevity page.
Every recommendation I make is grounded in continued education and direct experience, not assumption.
Trained and certified in the application of infrared, cold therapy, red light, hyperbaric, and PEMF modalities, including proper dosing, sequencing, and contraindications.
Completed specialized coursework in hormonal health education and midlife wellness, developed alongside licensed practitioners in the field.
Ongoing study of peptide research, biomarkers of aging, and cellular senescence, translated into practical, evidence-informed guidance for the home.
I commit time each year to formal coursework, conferences, and mentorship with practitioners across regenerative wellness, hair restoration science, and behavioral psychology.
I am not a physician, and nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. My role is to translate credible, evidence-informed research into personalized home and lifestyle design, and to refer clients to licensed medical professionals whenever clinical care is warranted.
My work sits at the intersection of clinical science, physical space, and human behavior. Here is where I focus most.
I study the biology of the hair follicle, from circulation and hormone sensitivity to nutrient delivery, so that preservation strategies address root causes rather than symptoms.
Explore Hair Longevity →I evaluate cold therapy, infrared, red light, and hyperbaric technologies through the lens of measurable recovery physiology, not marketing claims, before I recommend them.
See the Technologies →Longevity is physical. I design movement principles into a home so the body is invited to move, stretch, and recover naturally throughout the day.
The best protocol is the one a person actually follows. I focus on habit architecture, friction reduction, and psychology so healthy choices become the default choice.
Where a device sits, how a room is lit, and how a space is sequenced throughout the day all shape hormones, sleep, and energy far more than most people realize.
I do not ask clients to follow anything I have not lived myself. My own routine is the proving ground for the protocols I design, and it is far less rigid than people expect. It is built on a handful of non-negotiable habits, repeated daily, rather than a long list of rules I could never sustain.
This is also where behavior change becomes real. A protocol that looks perfect on paper is worthless if it cannot survive a busy week. So I test everything against my own life first, in my own home, before I ever bring it to a client.
Before anything else, I get natural light on my eyes and move my body. This single habit does more for hormone regulation and sleep quality than most supplements I have tried.
I rotate cold exposure, sauna, and red light through the week rather than using them at random. Consistency, not intensity, is what produces results I can measure.
I set aside time every week to read new peptide, hormone, and recovery literature so that what I recommend to clients is current, not recycled.
The relationships built through this work are as important to me as the outcomes.
“Working with the founder directly changed how I think about my own home. This was not a product sale, it was a complete recalibration of how I recover and sleep.”
“I have worked with trainers and doctors before, but never someone who could translate the science into an actual room design. The personal attention made all the difference.”
“The consultation felt more like a conversation with a trusted advisor than a sales pitch. Six months later, my hair and energy have both transformed.”
I would welcome the opportunity to learn about your goals and curate a home environment that supports the way you want to age. Book a consultation, and let's begin.
